Delivery Zones & Timeframes
- Kitchener–Waterloo & Toronto: 1–3 business days (Expedited, Xpresspost, or Priority)
- Rest of Canada: 2–13 business days (Regular Parcel, Expedited, or Xpresspost)
- International: 7–28 business days (Tracked Packet ≤ 2 kg, International Parcel, or Xpresspost Int’l)
Shipping Fees
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on parcel size, weight, and destination (includes fuel and remote-area surcharges).
Tracking
All packages include tracking. Signature or safe-drop may be required depending on service.
Packaging
Products are packaged according to Canada Post guidelines. Keep all packaging for 14 days post-delivery.
Damaged Items
Please report visible damages within 7 days of receipt, with supporting photos sent to support@manohomeessentials.ca.
Returns of Refused/Undelivered Packages
Subject to return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.
