You can return most non-custom, non-clearance items within 30 calendar days of delivery.
Excluded Items
Final sale items include:
- Custom-made products
- Clearance or discounted items
- Handcrafted pieces (unless defective)
How to Return
Email your order number and supporting images (if applicable) to support@manohomeessentials.ca. Return instructions will follow upon approval.
Return Fees
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
- 15% restocking fee applies unless the return is due to our error or a defect
Faulty or Incorrect Orders
- Report within 7 days
- We cover return shipping and offer a refund or replacement
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspection, back to the original payment method.
